The estate also features a separate studio with a private bathroom, which would be ideal for accommodating guests, working from home, pursuing an artistic project, or simply enjoying a space of one’s own.

The property is powered by solar energy and has water supplied from a private well via a pumping system. Water consumption is billed separately according to usage.
