Seasonal rentals The brokerage commission is to be paid by the tenant, equivalent to one month’s rent plus VAT. Long-term / annual rentals As a general rule, the commission is paid by the landlord. Exception: for luxury properties, the commission is paid by the tenant. In both cases, the amount corresponds to one month’s rent plus VAT.
