One has a small bathtub and the other has a shower. The kitchen contains an old oil press and the door of an old bread oven. The garden has fruit trees planted on several levels. The swimming pool is located on a lower level than the house, so no noise penetrates the house. Despite the neighbours, it is a semi-detached house that offers complete privacy. The access road is paved; the final 300 metres are unpaved but in good condition. The courtyard can be accessed via a lockable gate. The pool is filled with fresh water and is partially fenced off. A pergola provides shade and space for a six-seater table. There is a well and a gravel area where several cars can be parked.
We are looking for a reputable and responsible tenant with references and a proven income, who will take good care of the house.
