Commission Rate:
The taxes, notary and land registry costs incurred upon purchase are to be borne by the buyer. As usual in Spain, the brokerage fee for selling is to be paid by the seller, and for the rentals - both long-term and seasonal - the commission is to be paid by the tenant at the rate of one month"s rent plus VAT.
